During the consultation, we will discuss your current health condition, training experience, possible health contraindications as well as the restrictions and needs necessary to establish a training and diet plan. At the end, we will establish an action plan and training schedule.
Personal training consists of 1: 1 or 2: 1 classes lasting about 55 minutes.
Personal Training is nothing more than individually selected exercises that will safely lead you to the desired goal.
During the training, we do strength, aerobic and exercises to improve mobility.
