Letโ€™s face it, going to the gym alone can be hard. When you workout in a group, it has the power to motivate you and push you harder than you would if you were alone. Group classes are designed to be effective. We are gonna work with kettlebells, dumbells, your own body and much more.

Classes are running every Monday Wednesday and Friday at: 6pm and 7pm. Contact me for availability.
