Karolina is just super! 8 classes in and just loving it! I am definitely starting to feel the difference! Each class is different so it keeps things interesting. Classes are nice small sizes so everyone is well looked after! I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Karolina as a personal trainer! I have already seen results, gotten stronger and fitter over the past 2 months. She helped me to understand the exercises I was doing and the muscle groups they target. She is very knowledgeable and has answered all questions I've had. I feel comfortable in the gym and look forward to going in, having found exercises that work for me and make me feel good. I also feel confident setting up everything myself now, having been taught, and there is always someone in the gym to ask if you need help. Karolina will support you in pushing yourself and getting your best results, all the while making you feel comfortable and in control of the workouts. She is very positive and has made the gym feel like a enjoyable and safe space for me. She is very encouraging, I always check in on his instragram for motivational words! I have gained a lot of confidence in the gym since starting with her. Excited to continue my fitness journey this year with her 😊

Karolina is an absolutely amazing personal trainer. She is a wealth of knowledge and is very experienced in the field. I absolutely love training with her as she always challenges me. I also love that she puts a focus on the importance of stretching and recovery. I would highly recommend Karolina if you are looking for personal training or to join group classes.
