In my work as a personal trainer, I combine my broad interests in various fields of sport and a true passion for strenght training and healthy lifestyle. During personal training sessions with the client, I do my best to support, motivate and spread a positive energy.
I approach each of my clients as individuals, constructing training plans so that they bring joy and, above all, meet their expectations and bring them closer to their training goals. I put great emphasis on the correct techniques of the exercises performed to ensure injury-free and enjoyable training sessions.
