Classes with Karolina are always interesting, she is always adding in new exercises and coming up with creative ways for you to enjoy your workout, especially on those sluggish days!! She keeps her classes small and is very attentive during the classes, she will teach you how to benefit the most from your workout by teaching you the correct form and is always on hand to ask any questions during the classes! This was a big bonus for me and is one of the reasons I love her classes!! You certainly won't be disappointed working out with Karolina!!

Karolina is just super! 8 classes in and just loving it! I am definitely starting to feel the difference! Each class is different so it keeps things interesting. Classes are nice small sizes so everyone is well looked after! I would highly recommend.
